Director of Sales (Beverly Hills)
This position will work closely with the VP Sales and Marketing to identify, evaluate, and recommend business opportunities that complement Fruits to Remember core product offerings.
Responsibilities include:
Work to grow Fruits To Remember business within identified growth channels;Identify and expand business opportunities that complement core competencies through alternate outlets and means of delivery; Assist in the development of Go-To-Market tactics that compliment brand strategies with segment responsibilities; Provide syndicated business analysis identifying actionable trends;Provide insights into competitive activities; Provide monthly written review of all business segment results; Provide periodic business opportunity updates to Senior Management Team; Develop sales plans and trade strategy for all new product launches.
Identify the feasibility of alternate distribution methods.
Expand Fruits to Remember to International market.
Skills and Experience Required:
Minimum 3+ years overall experience, including Director level responsibility, preferably with a floral/food company; Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) experience required
Proven history of account management responsibility for key customers; Advanced competency with syndicated data resources; Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical and planning attributes; Ability to interface with all levels within the organization; Ability to demonstrate an executive presence; Strong working knowledge of P&L.
Familiar with entertainment industry
