Fruits to Remember is the sole owner of the information collected on www.FruitsToRemember.com Fruits to Remember collects information from our users at several different points on our Web site.

Order
We request information from the user on our order form. A user must provide contact information and financial information. This information is used for billing purposes and to fill customer’s orders. If we have trouble processing an order, the information is used to contact the user. Customer lists are not sold to third parties. To ensure validity of the order and reduce fraud the users IP address is also captured at time of checkout, it is strictly used for order verification purposes.

Information Use
Customer lists are not not sold or distributed to third parties. Fruits to Remember maintains subscription mailing lists. All users must submit their subscriptions via the FruitsToRemember.com Users are never added based on requesting information, making a purchase, or forgetting to uncheck some box during ordering.
